At Hiven, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Eligibility Conditions

• You have 7 calendar days from the date of placing your order to request a return.
• The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original retail packaging.
• Proof of purchase (invoice or order reference #) must accompany the returned package.

2. Refund Process

Once we receive your item, our quality assurance team will inspect it and notify you of the status. If approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original payment method:

• Stripe/Card Refunds: Typically processed within 5-7 business days.
• Razorpay/UPI: Usually credited in 2-4 business days.
• COD Orders: We will request your bank account or UPI details to send a direct bank transfer within 7 days.

3. Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
