1. Warranty Coverage

  • All products sold on Hiven.world come with a 1 (one) year limited warranty from the date of purchase.

  • Charging Cables are covered under a limited warranty of up to 6 (six) months only.

2. What Is Covered

The warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Functional issues arising under normal usage conditions

If a product is found to be defective during the warranty period, we will:

  • Repair the product, or

  • Replace it with the same or an equivalent model (subject to availability)

3. What Is NOT Covered

The warranty does not cover:

  • Physical damage, breakage, or liquid damage

  • Wear and tear due to regular use

  • Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or improper handling

  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications

  • Accessories other than those specifically mentioned (e.g., cables beyond warranty period)

4. Charging Cable Warranty

  • Charging cables are covered for manufacturing defects only

  • Warranty period: Up to 6 months from the date of purchase

  • Damage due to bending, pulling, twisting, or external stress is not covered

5. Warranty Claim Process

To raise a warranty claim:

  1. Contact our support team with your order ID / invoice

  2. Share images or videos of the issue (if requested)

  3. Our team will verify and guide you through the next steps

6. Important Notes

  • Warranty is valid only for the original purchaser

  • Proof of purchase is mandatory for all warranty claims

  • Final decision regarding repair or replacement rests with Hiven.world
